Isaiah Williams, 23, of 5 Seymour Street in Windsor, was charged with violation of a protection order; 7 p.m.

Rebecca Meakin, 38, of 15 White Rock Drive in Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct; 3:29 p.m.
