February 22

Joanna Altmon, 36, of 142 Rhoda Lane in Bristol was charged with larceny in the fourth degree, 11:02 p.m.

A minor from Windsor was charged with a breach of peace, 11:24 a.m.

Christopher Barrett, 23, of 810 Bookbinder Drive in Windsor was charged with the possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic, drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial use, and insurance coverage that fails to meet minimum requirements, 7:42 p.m.

Latrice Brown, 21, of 60 Sheffield Drive in Windsor was charged with a failure to appear in the second degree, 6:45 a.m.

Matthew Morrell, 34, of 19 Lincoln Street in Enfield was charged with an attempt to commit arson, 11:10 a.m.

Alicia Olmeda, 27, of 118 Longhill Road in Windsor was charged with larceny in the fourth degree, 6:17 a.m.

Taevon Stewart, 21, of 50 Midian Avenue in Windsor was charged with the possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic, and the sale of marijuana, 5:03 a.m.

February 23

Felicia Epps, 39, of 298 High Path Road in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

Stanley Lawson, 35, of 67 Timber Lane in Windsor was charged with a failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, 11:03 a.m.

Bradley Simpson, 33, of 231 Matianuck Avenue was charged with a failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial use, improper use of a marker, license or registration, and a failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat, 10:07 a.m.

February 24

A minor from Windsor was charged with the attempt to commit a crime, burglary in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the second degree, 5:51 p.m.

Latin Taylor, 39, of LKA-97 Poquonock Avenue was charged with burglary in the second degree and interfering with a 911 call.
