A juvenile was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.
Dec. 6
Tony Smith, 53, of 60 Waverly Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, attempt to commit third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kimberly Blake, 47, of 286 Preston Street, Windsor, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics in something other than their original container.
Edrick Santiago, 19, of 22 Mahl Avenue, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
