August 23
Jose Gonzales, 56, of 66 Lawrence Street in Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Kujon Poteat, 28, of 27 Enfield Street in Hartford, was charged with threatening.
August 24
Michael Neville, 27, of 80 Union Street in Vernon, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disobeying an officer's signal and traveling unreasonably fast.
August 30
Joseph Gleason, 49, of 62 Elvree Street in Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
