James Christiana, 52, of 170 East Street in Windsor was charged with threatening, and a breach of peace, 4:54 p.m.

Casey Fallon, 28, of 145 Fox Hill Road in Enfield was charged with interfering with an officer, and third-degree criminal mischief, 12:21 p.m.

Edward Glofka, 20, of 9 Lockview Drive in Windsor was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer, and simple trespassing, 12:54 p.m.

Charles Lettieri, 55, of 9 Hoover Lane in Enfield was charged with criminal violation of a protection order, and failure to appear in the second degree, 6:08 p.m.

Pillai Swagath, 20, of 17 Derek Lane in Windsor was charged with a failure to appear in the second degree, 5:49 p.m.

April 9

Sherri Tashjian-Vega, 50, of 150 Poquonock Avenue in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, and a failure to appear in the second degree, 12:56 p.m.

April 10

Kevin Eady, 48, of 19 Songonosk Street in Windsor was charged with a failure to appear in the second degree, 11:56 a.m.

Ralph Vicari, 47, of 1962 Poquonock Avenue in Windsor was charged with larceny in the fourth degree, 9:59 p.m.

April 11

Patti Bizeau, 45, of 107 Portman Street in Windsor was charged with the forgery, alteration, falsification of a prescription, or affixing a forged or false label to a bottle containing a controlled substance, 4:42 p.m.

Mercedes Gordon, 20, of 75 Merigold Street in New Britain was charged with failure to grant way at an intersection and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 9:04 a.m.

Jesse Pincine, 26, of 5 Joel Drive in Ellington was charged with the improper use of a motor vehicle marker, having an improper marker, license or registration, shoplifting, and possession of a narcotic, 10:05 p.m.

Kujon Poteat, 26, of 116 Highland Avenue in Windsor was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, and strangulation in the second degree, 12:47 p.m.
