April 26

Brenda Cavanagh, 50, of 81 Niles Road in Windsor was charged with violating a no passing zone, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, criminal impersonation and simple trespass, 10:21 a.m.

A minor from Windsor was charged with theft from a building, third-degree burglary, and criminal mischief in the third degree, 4:41 a.m.

Andre Drummond, 27, of 59 Sterling Road in East Hartford was charged with a failure to appear in the second degree, 9:03 a.m.

Leo Elson, 30, of 243 Matianuck Avenue was charged with speeding, driving to endanger, 12:18 p.m.

Dwayne James, 25, of 914 High Path Road in Windsor was charged with the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 12:53 p.m.

Dajohn Milner, 19, of 39 Andrew Lane in Windsor was charged with the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 9:00 a.m.

A minor from Windsor was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, third-degree burglary, theft from a building, and third-degree criminal mischief, 12:49 p.m.

Dana Rucker, 23, of 232 High Path Road in Windsor was charged with a failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 11:59 a.m.

April 28

Dwayne James, 25, of 914 High Path Road in Windsor was charged with failing to meet motor vehicle insurance requirements, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:15 p.m.

Lucesita Marte, 39, of 79 Wilson Avenue in Windsor was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:21 a.m.

Maranjelly Viera, 18, of 79 Wilson Avenue in Windsor was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:20 a.m.

Lyndel Walker, 50, of 23 Sinclair Street in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, failing to meet minimum motor vehicle insurance requirements, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 12:45 p.m.
