April 19

Arthur Carter, 26, of 53 Timber Lane in Windsor was charged with a breach of peace and causing injury, risking injury or impairing the morals of a child, 8:27 p.m.

Louis Engram, 33, of 703 Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 10:50 a.m.

Charles Griffith, 50, of 814 Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford was charged with third-degree burglary, 11:06 a.m.

Steve Massie, 28, of 292 Windsor Avenue in Windsor was charged with disorderly conduct, 7:24 a.m.

April 20

Min Young Lee, 25, of 10 Drummond Drive in Rocky Hill was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 10:50 a.m.

Colin Roberts, 34, of 82 Allen Street in Windsor was charged with the criminal violation of a protection order, 5:50 p.m.

April 21

Nelson Davis, 51, of 122 Magnolia Street in Hartford was charged with shoplifting, 6:11 p.m.

Patrick Dodd, 24, of 15 Austin Circle in South Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of a motor vehicle marker, license or registration; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration; and failing to meet minimum insurance coverage requirements; 11:23 a.m.

Jervel Johnson, 19, of 315 Blue Hills Avenue in Hartford was charged with a breach of peace, threatening, and carrying a dangerous weapon, 1 p.m.

Tyron Leggett, 44, of 399 Zion Street in Hartford was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 10:57 a.m.

Karla Richardson, 43, of P.O. Box 92 in East Hartland was charged with the criminal violation of a protection order, 11:17 p.m.

Colin Roberts, 34, of 82 Allen Street in Windsor was charged with disorderly conduct and the criminal violation of a protection order, 10:12 a.m.

April 22

Melvin Boughton, 53, of 138 Capen Street in Windsor was charged with the criminal violation of a protection order, 11:48 p.m.

Lezlene Reynolds, 20, of 12 Briar Lane in Bloomfield was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 3:48 p.m.

April 23

Tyler Kennedy, 19, of 266 Hayden Station Road in Windsor was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and the illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, 4:25 p.m.

Michael Sandamena, 44, of 24 Dewey Avenue in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 1:16 a.m.

April 25

Brian Curtis, 42, of 77 Wilson Avenue in Windsor was charged with causing injury, risking injury, or impairing the morals of children; and drinking while operating a motor vehicle, 7:21 p.m.

Kellee Turnipseed, 25, of 290 Wolcott Avenue in Windsor was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, 11:01 a.m.
