April 12

Turquoise Hall, 33, of 43 Timber Lane in Windsor was charged with the possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic; and the possession of drug paraphernalia, 3:08 p.m.

Andrew Bailey, 20, of 253 Windsor Avenue in Windsor was charged with criminal violation of a protection order, and failure to appear in the second degree, 4:02 p.m.

Kaitlin Bailey, 18, of 71 Lang Road in Windsor was charged with possession of marijuana, less than four ounces, 6:53 p.m.

Charles Griffith, 50, of 814 Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford having a fugitive arrest warrant, 1:30 p.m.

Harold Henry, 30, of 1671 Main Street in East Hartford was charged with the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, and having tinted windows with out a required sticker, 11:31 a.m.

Arlene Parker, 50, of 284 South Quaker Lane in West Hartford was charged with the improper use of a motor vehicle marker, registration or license, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 10:12 a.m.

April 14

Adrian Bridges, 18, of 109 Charlette Street in Hartford was charged with shoplifting, 6:59 p.m.

Stephen Laurencin, 22, of 2447 Main Street in Hartford was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:42 p.m.
