Windsor Man Charged with Selling Crack Cocaine

Keonard Hall was apprehended and charged following a "buy/bust operation" conducted by police in Glastonbury, Thursday.

According to police, the East Central Narcotics Task Force conducted an undercover drug bust Thursday, resulting in two individuals being charged with possession and sale of cocaine, including a Windsor man.

The two individuals, Windsor resident Keonard Hall, 30, and Roller McFarland of Hartford, were apprehended by police in the parking lot of a Glastonbury Home Depot "after selling crack cocaine," police said.

Hall was the passenger of the vehicle driven by McFarland, according to police.

Both McFarland, a 35-year-old who, according to police, also goes by the name "Killa," and Hall were also charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and held on bonds of $250,000 and $100,000, respectively.

According to police, 1.4 grams of crack cocaine were seized from the vehicle, and both men "have an extensive criminal history in Connecticut."
