Windsor Man Charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder

Hartford police arrested the 24-year-old Windsor man Monday.

A Windsor man is being held on $1 million bond in connection with a shooting that occurred in August of 2008, the Hartford Courant reports.

According to Courant.com, 24-year-old Willie Wilson of Rainbow Creek Drive was taken into custody Monday and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, being an accessory to first-degree assault with a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit.
