NBC reports the Windsor man was charged in a Glastonbury crime Wednesday.

A Windsor man was charged in a fraud case Wednesday in Glastonbury, making it his 63rd arrest, NBC Connecticut reports.

According to NBC, Reginald Miller was charged with attempting to cash a counterfeit check, and has a criminal history that includes forgery and larceny.
