It's that time of year South Windsor residents!
All dogs, six months and older, must be licensed by June 30 of each year. Simply take a current rabies certificate to the Town Clerk’s office to obtain a license. Unaltered animals cost $20, altered animals cost $8.
The Police Department says that the fine for unlicensed dogs is $75. One additional benefit is that the department can use the dog license database to reunite found pets with their owners.
