That's to bad David because it gave a very good indication as to WHY he may have been arrested in the first place. The officers of the Manchester Police Department do a fine job and deal with individuals such as him on a daily basis.

Crap, I missed the dirty comment, was it about how there shouldn't be a public list of arrests? You know the public arrest lists are something that is good in the USA, it is so we don't have people being "disappeared" by the authorities like happened in Argentina in the 60s. Plus it is good because I can look and see how much ignoring the plight of the homeless in Manchester actually impacts the community, 2 arrests in 4 days, I guess it is ok to let people illegally live in parking lots because they "aren't bothering anyone" oh wait....

It was just a post that contained several expletives from a gentleman who wasn't happy about his arrest or us publishing it publicly, Frank. You didn't miss much.

If you call the Manchester Police about a family member who is out of control they will arrest you as well as the other person. I know it happened to me.
