WFSB has reported that a Hartford man was shot six times on Wednesday morning.
According to the broadcast news outlet, the shooting took place on Plainfield Street, which intersects with Ridgefield Street at an entrance to Keney Park. The victim, WFSB reported as having been told by police, was found around 1 a.m.
The victim, whose identity has not been release, WFSB said, was transported to St. Francis Hospital an is expected to survive the gunshot wounds.

WFSB also reported that no arrests have been made and that two men were spotted fleeing the scene of the crime.
