[Updated] Fire Units Respond to House Blaze on Hollowbrook Road

Windsor volunteer units are on the scene.

[4:30 p.m.] Firefighters continued to battle the Hollowbrook Road blaze after 4 p.m., but the fire was under control within the half hour. No injuries were reported, although an ambulance was on the scene. Extensive damage was done to the home's garage, and possibly a second story room. There is no word on the cause of the fire.

[4:00 p.m.]  The scene of a garage fire at a two story home on Hollowbrook Road in Windsor is still an active scene. Windsor Volunteer Fire trucks rushed to the scene just shortly after 3:15 p.m. to respond to smoke billowing up into the sky.

The street is blocked off by Windsor police and Windsor Volunteer Fire trucks.

It seems the fire has been put down, although there is extensive damage to the garage and possibly to the inside of the home as well.

No injuries are reported.
