Trinks/Jepsen just dont get it

Trinks/Jepsen note in the Courant that angry residents of Poquonock and Rainbow caused the defeat in the budget vote. They still don't get it people voted on the budget, lack of accountability and responsibility. They shouldn't discount all of the other voters that showed up to vote no too.
