July 16th Referendum/BOE Budget

Since the last budget referendum did not pass, and the TC voted to reduce the BOE budget by $200,000, why have we not heard what the BOE will be taking out of the budget? Shouldn't we have this information before we vote on Tuesday? If anyone has the answer to this question, I would appreciate your feedback.
