Your Ideas are Needed for the Windsor School Budget
Board of Education Finance Chair asks for residents help in crafting the 2014 district budget.
The Board of Education Finance Committee starts it work next week to propose a budget to the full Board of Education. As Chair of the Finance Committee, I need your help. The proposed 2013-14 budget can be found here:

I already have a few ideas for the transportation budget, but I need your ideas. We need big, out of the box ideas. I understand that times are tough for many in town and the thought of higher property taxes is not something people are thrilled with. However, this is not something that can be solved by just stating that we need to cut the budget. We need concrete ideas. You may think that the budget is fine or the budget should be increased. If you have those ideas, please share them.
I want to make this budget process as open and transparent as possible. I would appreciate the input of all residents of Windsor.
