Tuesday, February 18: 

Circle time at Avon Free Library at Avon Free Public Library. This program is for a parent or caregiver and child. Stories, songs, fingerplays, and puppets will be featured each week. Ages 18-24 months

Wednesday, February 19: 

Small Talk - Morning Storytime at Prosser Public Library (Bloomfield). Newborns through school-age children and their caregivers are welcome to drop in for playtime, conversation and a child-centered program. Wednesdays at 10:15am. No registration required. Jan 15-Feb 19 and Mar 5-Apr 9.

I'm Getting Sleepy...Bedtime Stories at Prosser Public Library (Bloomfield). Put on those Jammies and come relax with some calming bedtime stories. "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" will help get those little ones ready for bed. This is drop-in program. Register for reminder. Session I: January 15- February 19

Thursday, February 20: 

Billings Forge Farmers Market at Billings Forge Community Works. Billings Forge is Hartford’s largest farmers’ market. Our farmers and food artisans travel from all over Connecticut to sell their fresh, delicious goods directly to consumers. Open year round -outside in the summer and in the Studio during winter.

Celebrate Hartford's Immigrant Artists at the Hartford Public Library - Downtown at Hartford Public Library, The Downtown Library. The evening begins with a Naturalization Ceremony for area residents as they become American citizens! Followed by a reception for "We Belong Here Hartford," an exhibit celebrating work by immigrant artists and students from Hartford Public Schools.

Musical Me  at The Farmington Public Library - Barney. Join us for a program of mostly music, with fingerplays and a story.

Friday, February 21: 

Movie Matinee at the Hartford Library - Albany Branch at Hartford Public Library, Albany Branch. Come watch a movie and enjoy a snack with your family at the Albany Branch Library in Hartford.

Saturday, February 22: 

WalkCT Family Ramble: Salter's Pond Adventure at Walk CT. Enjoy this slow to moderately paced hike with some historic commentary at this former millpond. The walk may be wet depending on the weather, and hikers should wear sturdy waterproof footwear. The walk will take about 1-1/4 hours round trip.

Sugar Shack Open House at Sweet Wind Farm in East Hartland! at Sweet Wind Farm. Visit Sweet Wind Farm and watch us turn sap into golden maple syrup when we are boiling! Sugaring season is typically from mid February till the first week of April, but the weather can't always be predicted. Call ahead to see if we are boiling.

Sunday, February 23: 

Coventry WinterFresh Farmers' Market at Coventry High School at Coventry WinterFresh Farmers’ Market. Running from November 24 through the end of February, our WinterFresh Market makes it easier to eat seasonally and locally in the depths of winter! We offer the freshest, tastiest food grown and produced in the state every Sunday at Coventry High

Monday, February 24: 

Newbies Story Time at Burlington Public Library. Music, finger play, baby yoga, and a book for wee ones. Registration required. You may register ONLINE, in person or by calling 860.673.3331. Mondays @ 10:30am January 6 through March 3 Ages birth to 9 mos. with caregivers

Drop-In Mondays at St. Bridget School in Manchester! at St. Bridget School. Drop in any Monday from 9 am to 11 am through the end of the school year and learn all about us! This is open to all Pre-K to Grade 8 families of any faith background. Can't come in on a Monday? Contact the school to schedule another day and time.
