Tween Halloween Party

Children ages 9 to 13 are invited to the Windsor Public Library on Thursday, October 25, 7:00 to 8:00 PM, for our Tween Halloween Party. Wear your costume and come prepared for a spooky good time. Please call the library at 860-285-1914 to sign up for this free program.
