Windsor Chamber Seeking Donations for Students

The Windsor Chamber of Commerce and First Town Downtown, in conjunction with Bill Selig Jewelers, are looking to the community to help fill backpacks for middle school students.

Suggested items include, but are not limited to, No. 2 pencils, erasers, pens, highlighters, notebook paper, rulers and 3-ring binders. 

"Participants can donate a backpack alone, a backpack filled with all the needed items or make a monetary donation that covers the cost of a backpack," according to a chamber post. The chamber estimates the cost of a backpack filled with necessary items to be around $55.
