The Windsor Garden Club will host their next meeting on
November 14, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the LP
Wilson Community Center (located in the Cafeteria), 599 Matianuck Avenue in Windsor.
Carol Quish, is a horticulturist with the UConn Home and Garden Education Center, UConn Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture. Ms. Quish’s talk this evening will be on Integrated Pest Management. IPM is the using the least invasive control measures to prevent diseases and insects and sometimes eradicate both.
Light refreshments and beverages will be provided starting at 6:30 p.m. Ms. Quish will begin her talk at 7:00 p.m. After the presentation the WGC will hold a short meeting.
