Earth Day Celebration and Community Cleanup

Volunteers are needed for Windsor's Earth Day clean-up scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2011 from noon to 4:00 p.m This is the last day of Windsor's spring school vacation break and a great opportunity to give back to the community and restore Mother Earth.  Anyone can participate!  Children up to age 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Everyone should meet behind Town Hall at 11:45 a.m.

Instructions, gloves and bags will be provided.  The Town will also provide a vehicle to pick up the bags at collection points.  When the clean-up is finished everything we have collected will be weighed before disposal or recycling at the landfill.
