OPEN HOUSE
Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
The ECC is a dedicated group of volunteers comprised of Windsor residents, parents, Town and School leaders who have come together to make a difference in Windsor’s Children –focused on children birth to eight. The ECC participates with the Neighborhood enrichment programs, were a founding partner in the Childhood Conversations, and continue to support the program annually.

Please drop in for some light refreshments, raffle prizes and engaging conversation at our Open House at Windsor Town Hall‐Town Council Chambers and the Ludlow Room.
