Windsor High School Juried Student Art Show

Awards Ceremony & Reception May 28th 6:30pm-8:00pm

WINDSOR,
CT – The community is invited to join Windsor High School at its annual Juried
Student Art Show on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 6:30pm-8:00pm in the Windsor
High School Art Department.  Work from
students in all grades will be on display, including work from such classes
as:  Ceramics, Jewelry, Drawing,
Painting, Sculpture, and  2D Design.  Senior work is juried by an outside panel of
professionals.  Awards recognizing
accomplishment in each of the above art areas, purchase prizes sponsored by the
district and three scholarship awards (including one donated by the Windsor
Palette and Brush Club) will be announced at 7pm.  Music will be provided by the WHS Music
Department and light refreshments will be prepared by the WHS Culinary
students.  This event is free and open to
the public.  Windsor High School is
located at 50 Sage Park Rd, Windsor, CT.
