Pop Up Art Fest in downtown Windsor

REAP Street includes art installations at the Plaza Building, Hairdresser on Fire, Windsor Federal, and Family Dentistry. Cold Groove Percussion band opens festivities at 3, followed by music, break dancing. painting to music, yarn bombing, juggling unicyclist, puppets, theater and more. More than 50 artists participating.
