Halloween Parade & Party
For family Halloween fun,
come to the Windsor Public Library’s HALLOWEEN
PARADE AND PARTY on Thursday,
October 24 from 6:00-7:00 PM. Children age
8 & under can show off their Halloween costumes in our annual Parade of Costumes, followed by a Halloween party. Please
call the Windsor Public Library’ @ (860) 285-1914 to sign up for
this free program.
