First Church in Windsor Hosts Holiday Bazaar

Windsor, CT November 20, 2012:  First Church in Windsor is holding an Early Bird Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, December 1, from 9 am to 3 pm. 

This new take on an old classic will feature hand-made goods, baked goods and gift baskets galore!  The church’s talented stitchers, knitters, painters and craftspeople have donated hours of time and hundreds of goods to make this a shopping experience not to be missed.

Local artist and jewelry maker Helen Davenport donated hundreds of pairs of earrings and necklaces to the show; there are matching sets and single pieces that are lovely and colorful – something for every woman on your list!

An entire shop worth of donated gift items were carefully combined into incredible themed baskets, perfectly priced to sell!

There will be grab bags for children and moms, baked goods for giving and chili to replenish your energy while shopping– there is even a Christmas craft table to occupy children while mom does her browsing!

Lunch will be available at our café with Char’s Award Winning chili, corn bread, hot dogs and more.

There is something for EVERYONE at First Church in Windsor.  Come by and know that the holiday purchases you make will warm the hearts of the recipients and help others as well…
