Love: Personal Safety Training 101 (August 16 @ 4:00 PM - 7:00PM OR August 17 @ 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM) is a
dynamic and interactive program designed for all women, with a particular focus
on high school teenagers and college-aged girls. This 3 hour program is an
excellent way to raise your awareness, avoid dangerous situations and take away
practical skills to defend yourself. The material is presented in a format
that’s easy to learn. You will learn how to:
- Be proactive about your personal safety and
reduce the risk of becoming a victim - Manage
fear and anxiety during stressful situations - Practice and master skills to use when
threatened - Evaluate threats and possible options.
