Yin Style BaGua Zhang is an Internal Martial Arts System, based on Eight Trigrams having eight established Animal Systems and four developmental methods i.e. Standing (isometric) Postures, Turning (circular turning), Striking
(fighting techniques), and Changing (transformation in techniques).
The primary Animal System we will train, is the LION (Qian) Interlocking Palm. This animal will benefit the brain function, strengthen bones and connective tissue, condition the body, build internal strength (qi), improve ability to defend / touch sensitivity, all while building a solid foundation for turning, striking and changing practices.
Through training, Kids will learn about Discipline, Respect,
Manners, Confidence, Motivation, Strengthening, Conditioning,
all while learning and having fun.
Classes will consist of the following: Running, Calisthenics, Rolling /Tumbling, Standing, Turning, Striking, Changing, Stepping, Application and Throwing.
