Winter Storm Warning Issued for Windsor

The most snow accumulation will take place Monday night, the National Weather Service reports.

With Spring fewer than 36 hours away, the National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Windsor.

According to its forecast, the most snow will be dumped on town Monday night, with two to four inches expected.

Both snow and sleet are expected to fall Monday night, turning into rain, snow and sleet Tuesday.

Little accumulation, howevre, is forecast for Tuesday, and precipitation should taper off by Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.
