Windsor Prepares to Open Emergency Operations Center

Town officials have solidified plans for non-emergency services and have set plans in motion for emergency response.

Town officials are prepared to open Windsor's emergency operations center Monday morning.

The town is maintaining contact with the state's emergency management department and has established plans to provide non-emergency information to residents from its storm center.

Town staff and volunteers will man telephones from the emergency operations center, answering non-emergency calls.
