A mulit-vehicle crash that caused one vehicle to flip over caused traffic to stop completely at one point Friday afternoon in Windsor on I-91.
According to WFSB all southbound lanes and one northbound lane was closed between exits 40 and 38 in Windsor.
As of 2 p.m., the highway was partially reopened, but traffic remained significantly impacted, as shown in the image above, courtesy of the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
