Great Pond, Windsor High Auditorium Tonight at Town Hall

*This article has been updated. Town Planning and Zoning will not discuss or review Great Pond Development at tonight's meeting. A public hearing will be scheduled.

1. A public hearing on an application concerning Great Pond Development's form-based regulation at tonight's Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Public hearings for special use re-approval will be held for Go Dog Stay dog kennel and Windsor Sanitation, Inc. A public hearing will also be held regarding a zoning regulations text amendment for Hayward, Upton & Partners. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in Town Hall Council Chambers.

2. The Public Building Commission will also meet tonight at 7 p.m in Town Hall's Ludlow Room. The Commission will review the progress of the Windsor High School auditorium overhaul, Town Hall heating, ventilation and air conditioning improvements, and the renovation of the Windsor Senior Center.

3. The Senior Center is slated to hold an official reopening this fall.
