Town Offices to Open
Town offices will open Tuesday, October 30, following Superstorm Sandy's trip through the northeast.
All Windsor town hall offices will be open for business Tues., Oct. 30 — one day after Superstorm Sandy passed through the Northeast.
Trash and recycling pick-up will not take place Tuesday. The entire garbage pick-up schedule has yet to be detrmined, town officials say.
14 percent of Windsor residents lost power overnight, but, according to Connecticut Light and Power reports, progress has been made, as power has been restored to a little over 100 households or businesses in town.
