Readers' Choice: Favorite Tax Preparers

Taxes can be a tough subject to discuss, and it seems like it is equally as hard to recommend someone to prepare them. Yet, Windsor Patch readers recommended two men that can help you meet the April 17 deadline.

We all know that no one likes taxes, but our Readers’ Choice poll this week asking for your favorite tax preparers didn't get any love either, with several sites having no nominations for the best place or person to do your taxes.

Have no fear though. If you are scrambling to meet the April 17th deadline – that’s right folks you get two extra days this year because the 15th is a Sunday and the 16th is a holiday in Washington DC - Patch has some suggestions for whom to call.

Robert Carroll of Windsor is highly recommended by readers Bill Provost, Sandy White and Paul Poirier, all saying that Carroll's personal service, accessibility and knowledge set him apart from the rest.
