Now, Emil Vicale of the Oxford-based Herobuilders: Custom Action Figures is capitalizing on the public’s obsession with the story of embattled U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., who has become the laughing stock of Capitol Hill after admitting last week to sending a lewd photo to a woman through his Twitter account. Top ranking members of Weiner’s own party are calling for his resignation, though Weiner, whose wife is pregnant, says he has no intention of stepping down voluntarily.

Vicale has made dozens of dolls based on people who are in the news, including those of Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Joe the Plumber, the Runaway Bride and the Balloon Boy’s Dad, who dons a T-shirt that says “I’m with stupid” and an arrow pointing at his face.
