Windsor's Lockhart Leads Historic Fraternity Meeting

Windsor Board of Education member Leonard Lockhart is the regional director of Phi Beta Sigma.

In honor of the ninety-eighth anniversary of Phi Beta Sigma, one of the world's largest historically black fraternities, more than 1,000 fraternity members met in Hartford Connecticut this weekend.

It is the first major conference the fraternity has held in New England in 30 years, and this year Windsor has major representation at this historic affair.

Windsor Board of Education member Leonard Lockhart is the current regional director of the fraternity, the first from Connecticut.
