Won't be near a radio at 1 p.m. on Wednesday? No worries, where there are shad, there's a way.
WNPR's The Colin McEnroe Show will host Shad Derby Festival Committee Co-Chair Kathy Kopacz Wednesday afternoon to talk about Windsor's famous spring festival, and spread the word.
You can catch the broadcast from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. on 90.5 fm. But if you won't be around a radio during that time, have no fear.
