Fife & Drum Corps Honor Late Founder

The Windsor Fife & Drum Corps played a tribute to its late founder, Fran Dillon.

The Windsor Fife & Drum Corps usually rushes off to other Memorial Day Parades following Windsor's traditional morning cemetery services, but the group decided to change things up a bit, Sunday.

The players played a tribute to the group's late director and co-founder Fran Dillon, who's untimely passing was a jolt to all Windsor residents familiar with his contributions to youth and the Greater Windsor community.

A lifelong Windsor resident, Dillon was a graduate of Windsor High School and was named Windsor's Citizen of the Year in 2010.
