Election to Run as Scheduled

Current power outages are not expected to disrupt the election on Tues., Nov. 8.

While regular business came to a screeching halt following the early snowfall that left residents in the dark, power restoration numbers have risen to 63 percent as of Saturday morning, and town officials have said Tuesday's municipal election will run as planned.

In addition, all polling places will be open.

According to Town Manager Peter Souza, John F. Kennedy Elementary School is the only school that serves as a polling place that does not currently have power.
