WINDSOR BOE INVESTIGATION???

Concerned Mothers and Fathers are extremely concerned with the lack of updates and/or sharing of information with Citizens regarding significant Windsor Board of Education matters.  We have concerns with the following matter:  

Investigation of Windsor Board of Education Pupil and Special Education Director and Business Director (Posted August 29th on the Patch)

1.       What is the status of this investigation related to the possible overrun of the IDEA Special Education Grant?

2.       Who is heading up this investigation?  Attorneys? Auditors? State Police? Local Police?

3.       How much is this costing the district?  Where is the money coming from for the investigation and any legal action/liability?

4.       Who are the Acting Pupil and Special Education Director and Acting Business Director?

5.       Why was the Board of Education President making statements to any press regarding the individuals being investigated?  Are her actions legal?

6.       What repercussions have there been due to the Journal Inquirer Article of August 29th?

7.       When will the public be given an update and/or sharing of information on the investigation?
