According to Chinese tradition, 2014 is "The Year of the Horse." The Horse is admired for being a quick and elegant animal, useful for transporting people to new places and new experiences. Trying acupuncture for the first time at Many Rivers is a perfect way to usher in the Year of the Horse.

Has shoveling snow caused you back pain or shoulder pain?  Is your arthritis acting up because of all of the weather changes this winter?   Acupuncture can be effective for all types of pain, including arthritis pain, herniated disc pain, and frozen shoulder pain.

Or maybe you want to kick-start your New Year's resolution to lose weight?  Acupuncture can be helpful for curbing sugar and fat cravings.  Acupuncture is also incredibly relaxing and it helps our bodies deal with stress in a positive way.

Many Rivers' highly-trained acupuncturists treat a multitude of health problems, including pain, arthritis, anxiety, insomnia, depression, digestive disorders, seasonal allergies and gynecological complaints.  If there is a health problem that has been bothering you, now is the time to give acupuncture a try.
