The success of its breakfast menu enabled the Whistle Stop to move down the road, occupying a large space to accommodate its growing customer base.
The restaurant's move has also left an open store front on Broad Street. It's a spot with limited parking, but a great deal of walking traffic, particularly in the warmer months. And given plans to develop town center, it could be the perfect spot for Windsor's next mom and pop or even a chain.
So what do you think should go here? Should someone come in to renovate and turn the place into a pub in the heart of town? Would it make a good Starbucks?
