Eat To Live Organic Dinner Club

Come to the "Eat To Live" organic dinner at The Beanery at Bart's, offered by The Windsor Chamber of Commerce Green Committee on Monday, April 18th at 6pm. Enjoy an organic dinner and discussion on naturopathic medicine.

Eat to Live brings people together for fun discussions about organic foods and tips for natural living while enjoying healthy meals together.

"This is an informal discussion/dinner club where we throw ideas around about eating healthy, organic resources and new recipes," says Jane Garibay, Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.  The April 18th dinner will feature a discussion on Windsor's own naturopathic medicine practitioner, Stacy Munro, who will explain what naturopathic medicine is and how it can work with traditional medicine.

The all organic menu includes shepherd's pie, salad, rolls, vegetarian cheese soup as well as a bread pudding.

The dinner will be held at The Beanery at Bart's, a Windsor landmark, which is a hub of new ideas and fresh ingredients where lots of people meet and eat. "We're happy to host the "Eat to Live" program," says Beanery at Bart's catering manager, Carol Engelmann.

Please RSVP to the Windsor Chamber of Commerce at 860-688-5165 or online at www.WindsorCC.org/RSVP by April 15th. The cost is $10 and includes a donation to the Windsor food or fuel bank.  Additional donations of cash or cans will gladly be accepted.

The Beanery at Bart's restaurant is located at 55 Palisado Avenue in Windsor, CT. The Windsor Chamber of Commerce can be found on the Windsor town green on Broad Street, and online at www.WindsorCC.org.
