Batter Up Baking Contest

The second annual Batter Up Baking Contest will take place on Wednesday, January 25, at the Windsor Senior Center.  Categories include Cookies, Cupcakes and Pies.  The contest is open to residents 55 years of age or older.  The public is invited to watch the judging from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.  A free cooking demonstration by Pastry Chef Corinne Robar starts the event off at 1:00 PM.  Entry forms must be submitted by January 20 and are available at the Windsor Senior Center or on-line at www.townofwindsorct.com/senior  Cash prizes will be awarded in each of the 3 baked goods categories.  Call 860-285-1992 for additional details.
