Coldwell Banker Places Windsor 14th On Home-Affordability List

Coldwell banker report analyzes 59 state markets.

According to a report released by national real estate brokerage franchise Coldwell Banker, Windsor is home to one of the most affordable housing markets in Connecticut.

The Coldwell report ranked Windsor fourteenth on its list of 59 markets analyzed in the report.

The model homes for the report are four-bedroom, two-bathroom properties listed on www.coldwellbanker.com between September 2010 and March 2011. The average prices for 59 Connecticut markets were calculated and those markets were ranked.

Windsor's average home price was $285,231.
