Chamber Of Commerce Swears In 2011-12 Board Members

The members were sword in during the Chamber's 62nd Annual Dinner.

Held at the Windsor Marriot, the theme of the Chamber of Commerce's 62nd Annual Dinner was New York, New York, but the spotlight was on a number of local honorees and the swearing in of the Chamber's board members for the next year.

The board members sworn in for 2011-12 were President Paul Vagnini of Nojunkmail.net LLC; Vice President Kristen Barbarotta of Johnson, Dowe, Brown and Barbarotta, LLC; Vice President Beverly Boucher of ALSTOM Power Inc.; Treasurer Mary-Lynn Kinney of Windsor Federal Savings; Secretary Kelly Koretz of Kimberly Hall; and officers Tyler Ball of Day Hill Kennels; Ray Embury of Konica Minolta Business Solutions; Maureen Parker of ING; Elliot Sirota of Sentry Real Estate; Judy Stickles of Executive Assistant; Don Trinks of Bart's Beanery Restaurant; Ken Pascoe of Bagge, Cenamo and Pascoe; John (Jay) Carmon of Carmon Funeral Homes; and Madeline Williams of Connecticut Bank and Trust.

John Waiveris of Invisible Gols, LLC and Frank Carmon of Carmon Community Funeral Homes were honored as outgoing directors.

Also honored during the dinner were Gary Dowgewicz and Brian Griffin for Citizens of the Year, Martin McMahon for the Hallas Award for his service to the Chamber and Mohan Sachdev of the New Enlgand Veterinary Center and Cancer Care was given the Parker Award for property beautification.
