Windsor's Budget Passes Fourth Referendum

It took four tries, but Windsor's budget passed at referendum Tuesday, and by a significant margin.

The budget voters approved represented $100.3 million in spending and revenues, and a zero-percent budgetary tax impact.

Yes votes outnumbered votes of opposition, 2030 to 943, Tuesday.

Every precinct in town votes in favor of the town council's proposal except Rainbow Road firehouse.
