Youth Summer Art Workshop Announced

Registration for the Windsor Historical Society's summer workshop is now open.

For students, summer is seen as an opportunity to step away from the daily grind of classes and homework. But learning doesn't have to end with the ring of the scholastic year's final bell, and the Windsor Historical is presenting young Windsor students with an opportunity to continue their learning through a workshop steeped in the arts and history.

Registration is now open for students in grades 3 through 6 to enroll in the Historical Society's summer mural workshop, which aims to educate students through the use of painting, collage and mixed media art forms.

Through the use of such art forms, it is the Historical Society's hope to help students understand the development of Windsor through the incorporation of the town's development.
